Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SpikeProfit, we strive to deliver the highest quality performance marketing, design, and development services to our clients. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate dedication of resources, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly structured as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Retainers: For ongoing monthly marketing retainers (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing), clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel the service. Cancellations requested mid-cycle will not be prorated.
- Project-Based Services: For one-off projects (e.g., Graphic Design, Website Development, Ad Shoots), cancellations must be made within 48 hours of project initiation. If work has already commenced, cancellation will result in a billing equivalent to the amount of work completed up to that point.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the irreversible allocation of time, software, and personnel resources, fees paid for completed milestones, setup fees, onboarding fees, and ad spend directly allocated to third-party platforms (like Google, Meta, or Amazon) are strictly non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In the event a project is cancelled prior to completion (and in accordance with our cancellation policy), SpikeProfit reserves the right to retain the initial deposit or charge for the pro-rated hours worked. Any remaining balance from prepaid amounts will be refunded within 14-21 business days.
- Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to rectify the issue through revisions or strategic pivots, but dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of services rendered.
3. Third-Party Ad Spends
Please note that any funds paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.) are governed by the respective platform's billing policies. SpikeProfit is not responsible for, nor can we refund, ad spend that has already been distributed to these platforms.
